Business Listing
(Available in the following sections: Things To Do, Accommodations, Shopping, Restaurants, Travel, Businesses)

Business listing would be located within the appropriate section.  There are 3 types of membership available. Business must be related to business in Vancouver, BC.

**These images will rotate on the homepage of business section.  With the advanced package, they are shown with thumbnails when viewing your listing details.  In the premium package, they are shown in flash when viewing your listing details.

SEO Text Link Ad
SEO Text Link would be located at/near the bottom of each page with a link to your business web site.  Business must be related to business in Vancouver, BC. 
Cost:  $500 per month or $6,000 per year (3 month purchase minimum to start)

VIP Ad
The VIP Ad starts with a SEO Text Link on each page of our website.  Then, we set aside a full page ad on our site with SEO text links, up to 4 images and content, provided by the client.  Discover Vancouver, Inc. will provide the image specifications and will optimize the content provided for the search engines.  All content is subject to final approval by Discover Vancouver, Inc. 
Cost:  We can offer this advertising campaign for the price of $7,200 per year (either billed annually or monthly, 6 month minimum commitment).

120 x 600 Skyscraper Ad
Image Size: 120 x 600 pixels
File Size: Maximum 35K
Formats: Gif, Jpeg and Rich Media (Flash etc.)
Cost: $9 CPM (cost per thousand); Minimum purchase $250/month (28,000+ IMP to start);
Lower CPM rate of $5 would be offered for purchases of at least $500 or more (100,000+ IMP to start). 

• Sample cost analysis - if you purchase 50,000 IMP to start, that would cost $450 per month.  With the Lower CPM rate, if you purchase 200,000 IMP to start, it would be $1000 per month. 

*Banners are recommended to those that are looking for branding exposure (you can expect to get more click through traffic when buying in excess of $500 or more per month)

Special Event Listing
Special event listing would be located on the events calendar page of our site with a description and link to your business/event website.  The ad would run for one month leading up to the event date.  Event must be related to events in Vancouver, BC. 
Cost:  To list an event on the events calendar would be $25 for one month leading up to the event date. 

Sponsor Logo
This advertisement is for your logo to be featured within the left hand navigation menu toward the bottom of the page.  Your logo will be click-able and will take the viewer to your website. 
Cost:  $600 per month (3 month minimum commitment).

Classified Ad
Classified ads are for products or goods for sale (not for advertising a business) and run for 30 days. 
Cost:  $25 for one month.

Additional Free Exposure
For all of our advertisers, we are now offering the option to send us an original article relating to your industry, for DiscoverVancouver.com’s use only.  This would appear within our articles section.  This would not be an “about us” type of article, but rather more of a general information article about your field.  You may include a link back to your site at the conclusion of the submission.
