The important thing to do, is to go to that given country and meet the lady in person, and ensure that you impregnate the lady and wait until she is several months pregnant.  Then, marry her and bring her over to Canada so that you know she won’t run away.  Impregnating is the best way to know that she is not looking just for acquring Canadian citizenship.
