i’ve started training for 5-10k runs to lose some extra weight this year. its all been great expect for the last few days. i’ve been eating everything in sight!
i can feel my stomach being full but my brain keeps nudging me to eat eat eat!!!! the result is of me feeling completely stuff and chubbed up (no to mention angry for passing my daily caloric intake).
i need to learn how to supress that urge to eat despite an evident full stomach. does anybody have the same problem sometime?
help!
