With 20,000+ sq. ft, it is easy to fill this space with numerous exhibitors. This former CN locomotive maintenance building was transformed to become one of Vancouver's highest in demand special event locations. The inside colors and textures were selected to reflect the beautiful Canadian Rockies. With its exposed timber and brick, large glass windows, 35 ft. vaulted ceilings, it is easy to see why so many people enjoy this facility.

Details About The Facility

The station with vaulted ceilings and mountain views provides an exciting new event venue in Vancouver.  The Station was designed by Vancouver-based Christopher Bozyk Architects Ltd.

Exterior - The external structure is brick facade, keeping the integrity of the classic rail building.  It was the CN locomotive repair shed.  The most impressive new feature is the full-length glass walls that provide guests with a full view of the train waiting on the platform.  Extensive landscaping surrounds the station and complements the outdoor patio which is enjoyed by guests as they await for the “All Aboard” call.

Interior - The interior retains the feeling of a large rail station of decades ago with its open area and vaulted ceilings.  The materials inside reflect the Canadian Rockies in colour and texture.  The overall design flows with attention to detail and flexibility in the space for special events. The glass exterior walls allow the natural light to highlight the textures and colours inside.  Rock veneer and cedar battens adorn the interior walls.
