How Silly Is Too Silly? And Does Society Accept Silly People?

is there a limit to sillyness? like repetition and noise? i love silly people and sometimes get envious of them so how can i get people to protect me for acting silly? i think white people are allowed to act more silly than any other color and they pick on colored people especially not too far from their own color in order to not being seen/noticed tehrefore liked and not get in trouble them being silly. so when a colored person arrives or seen it's like a murder time for them. i am sick of this. and we brown are suppose to pick on blacks that's why they bring them here? how can i turn this table around? this is the single most shocking truth i realized lately. but instead blacks pick on brown becasue we are weaker. especially the ones that came from windsor and sudan.
