Anyone know if that new law for downloading has been passed through. I watch cartoons online direct from japan and yeah im pretty sure its not legal. sooo either A I have to find a legal way of doing this or B I have to move to japan.... cant live without cartoons :|

I think I should move closer to work as I live out in Delta and work in vancouver transportation wont get me anywhere neer work and its costing me 60 bucks a week to get into town. Any suggestions for cheaper places to get a house??? Burnaby... some parts of vancouver?? suggestions
