This is a clearly oppressive situation.



Until I see a license fee on vehicles in Vancouver, they can stick their dog bylaws where the sun doesn’t shine. She said OK, when I said that the bylaw officers should leave me alone because I will sue the city for harassment and denying my rights to a peaceful life if they don’t.
