These are some former threads to get my views and stories from. Some a redundant, therefore I am starting a thread of my efforts, insights and set-backs while trying on this campaign for councilor.



It is my first attempt at political office and I have a feeling that it will be interesting. If nothing else, it might provide some insights for others who consider this, plus a few laughs at an Oracle’s expense.

Great times at the Herb Museum with David Malmo Lavine and Watermelon Girl. She had a great routine ( bit difficult to pay attention to the jokes at first because she is even more distracting from the front, dressed, if you can believe that?)

It was the best turn out yet and the competition was hot and wild. Some really talented craftsmen and wild designs.

It was evening of good times garned with laughter and intelligent conversation. Not a single aggressive act was noted!

They don't seem to get it that they are choking the life out of their children for selfish reasons. No courage. i would install the magnetic strip and make people pay a dollar a day to drive their cars in the city of Vancouver. Great source of revenue, great motivator for critical social/technical change. My neighbor died the other day and he has left behind a pure bred nice female sheppard pup abou 1.5 years. His widow has just asked me to take her as I have bonded with her because Ali likes to play with her.

She is a project for someone who knows dogs, she hasn't been trained. Rather Mike, her owner, was a bit metally challenged and the dog controlled him. He was a nice guy. I really liked him and respected him for his bonding with her, but training he was not capable of due to lack of consistency. I know her to be a sweety but would need a superior dog handler to get her on her way. She has the potential ,and looks of a champion. I can't take her. She is a barker and the whole neighborhood would be happy with her gone. Mike treated her with love but understood little about dogs. She's a project but worth the effort.

Can someone please take her on, the widow is also in poor health and totally overwhelmed by the dog and her situation.

Pretrail tomorrow afternoon. It looks like I might have a fair chance at Justice.
The moment before the Judge went well for me. She took it for granted that I had the caspability, after hearing me, to present my argument. All she said was, "I take it that you are representing yourself?"

I feel good and here is my argument:

Our corporal bodies are microbial communities working in a harmonium of symbiosis. This is the product of evolution and is not in any way a conscious act of man. To put a barrier before something so natural as freedom of choice via a racist act, but couched in societal concern-a lie on the foundation of a lie- is to institutionalize idiocy. Under the charter of rights and freedoms I have these following rights.



Under section 2a Fundamental Freedoms- Freedoms of conscience and religion I have the same right to believe in the supremacy of Natural selection as exerted through freedom of choice as do the Mormons of Bountiful to follow their beliefs and convictions. In my case it is especially so, since it is another consenting adult and I, who are procuring and securing the mechanisms of mutation necessary for Natural Selection to work on. All of our evolution depends on every organism’s right to expose itself to heat radiation and chemicals. These mechanisms provide mutations for Natural Selection to work on. Until government provides these mechanisms in the safety of a controlled setting, it is my duty to do so to keep them from the hands of children



Section 2b The freedom of expression. It is my rights to promote my sincere beliefs as much as the Jehovah Witnesses do, as Stephen Harper does with his religion and beliefs from the PMO. I need to provide those mechanisms for free thinkers to reach the altered states of mind from which new ideas might spring forth.



Section 2c The freedom of peaceful assembly allows me to gather with like minded people who are seeking these substances for their recreational/creative purposes and congregate peacefully.



Section 2d The freedom to associate means that people of like mind have the right to associate in friendly experimentation in altered states of mind for political, religious and social bonding using what ever substances in ceremony we choose, as does every other religion.



Under my Legal rights, Section 8--Search or seizure, I have the right to have my religious, political headgear returned as well as my cannabis products and smoking implements. This is a political oppression of the state.



These Substance control laws under which I have been charged have no validity in Canada on the basis that the same legislators who put them into effect are the same as those who implemented the head tax and other racist exclusion acts, as well as keeping the Komatu Maru off our shores and entrenching the residential school act. The evidence is incontrovertible that these laws are causing crime. It is my duty to stand against this idiocy for the sake of my grandchildren.



In his recent Supreme Court decision Judge Pitfield on the 20^th of June said that we have a right to peaceful existence, “unfettered” by the state. This is what I was trying to celebrate by selling marijuana openly, the freedom to live unfettered by the state.

I’d want a full accounting of why the rule of law doesn’t work at the top levels of the Canadian Federal government before this court could go forward and Judge me. As far as I am concerned the matter was not settled by Commissioner Zacardelli when he withdrew his statements publicly and apologized for breaking the Canada hate Crimes act March 4,5,6 2005 after the Mayerthorpe incident. I’d like to know why David Ahenekew was punished under this law when he also wished to retract and apologize. Why am I forced to be oppressed by an unjust criminal law put in by racists and has no validity other than to cause crime, while I can’t charge 3 ministers of the Federal government with an organized Hate Crime when they were caught on video tape? There is no rule of law in this country and I will not submit to tyranny. Until the courts show me that the law works equally and this law which has led to the corruption of the rule of law in Canada is repealed, I will disregard the courts as being anything but a tool of oppression.

Several thoughts occur to me. My neighbor's widow asked me to drop off her deceased husbands dog. When I brought her to the SPCA a place whose only claim to fame was the security of pets in danger, the receptionist said to me "We don't have room for her now"

Then when I wanted to leave with my dog the uniformed officer tried to detain me by smashoing the door into me.

What are these goons thinking? They have adorned themselves with an uniform and then try to detasin me from my freedom to go about my life. Whoo are they to deny me the opportunity to drop of the dog on behalf of a grieving widow and force me to deal with a problem thwey gave themselves authority over?

They don't ever say so we are to busy to come when a neighbor comp[lains about your pet and then assert themselves as authorities telling you what you must do.

Then these morons go chasing my wolf around who is afraid of people to begin with.

I'm reiterating the warning that I gave the supervisor when he finally came and asked a few questions about the, "If ever another SPCA officer ever makes a move to injure me again or detain me I will defend mself physically as I did with this criminal guy who assaulted me and tried to confine me.

Also to the American couple whom I met at the New Amsterdam Cafe, the cafe management have your records which I ask them to kindly hold for you. They were not stolen while we were talking but preemptively taken for security by staff thinking they were forgotten.

I told you to check at the counter first and that we don't do such things in our smoking environment! I hope you read this and contact the management, seeing as you really were so upset.

About my deceased neighbor's dog. She is truly as sweetheart and I wish that I could have taken her. In the 20 minutes of play and another 15 minutes to get her to the SPCA she had begun to heel for me and even ran on leash beside my bike a bit. She came for me while Mike had to try to catch her and jump on the leash. This is a lovely pup ripe for a good owner.

The food and treats supply I found in my porch upon my return later has set me to crying again. He really loved her. The treats and food supply would last her more than a month and for his limited means represents a major investment. He truly loved her. I'm sure she'll do alright with a good owner who understands dogs.

I am going with a strategy to become well read as a person of unique perspectives, an Oracle, rather than a cybersniper. The world needs them too, but the niche is well populated and competative.

Therefore I seek to set myself up in my own niche and write myself into existence.

I know it it sounds presumptious and far out, but what the heck, I'm having fun!

And as I tell people who wish to understand me as person I am out there with nothing to hide. You will not find this in any other candidate presently running for city council.

The other crucial thing about Cannabis Culture other than Pot smokers seeming to have money and like to spend it, soon might become legal and acceptable, are intelligent and discresionary, is that it's format includes ain intelligent counter system which doesn't count multiple hits by the same person.

That means when you see a thread of mine with a thousand hits, a thousand new people have readit, not like here on DV a glory seeking cybersniper can help himself out. This blatant inaccuracy is inflationary and goes to exposing the ethical heart of the website. Dishonesty, scam, bs and other words are easily conjured up when I see such a format and wish to make a mental evaluation.

It is a knonw fact that smoking cannabis, taking psychedelics, are innoculations against the marketer's scams to some extent. They are followers, but can be led. A more honest marketing approach for this crowd might pay dividends.

Also there might be room for a Cyber Temple to give this Oracle a voice!

As usual I have come up with a completely new way of cyber-expression.

This one is really good in the unusual concept of income generation I've googled it in many ways and there is nothing.

I think of the "website" in some unique unusual ways.

My intro into the cyberworld was with a commercial website which while I sold the product which we called the DV8, was a success. The DV8 was different though.

The company has been sold to a German since. I had the NA dealership

And I see it is now defunct. Very dangerous as I found out quickly and got out with my integrity intact, warning my customers of the excessive dangers as I found them.

My manufacturer's stand ( a former friend, was that there was a disclaimer and warning in thew front of the manual and that was all legally necessary)

I demanded some accountability in the manufacture and a true flight manual describing the dangers accurately as in my blog. I was getting 3000 hits per month in large part due to the blog.

I knew lives were at stake I wasn't about to exhange blood money or be part of a tragedy.

As an Oracle with his own website in the truly unique format I am thinking of might become quite lucrative, the next new thing in the evolution of the internet.

Colonel Sanders didn't make it till he was my age! He wasn't in as good physical shape either.

Some people are highly dubvious of my request for funds.

I have found that the Biblical literal truth works for me everytime.

When I humble myself and follow the statement, "ask and ye shall recieve" with humble honesty in my heart, things happen!

The Karma gods have smiled on me. Through some sizeable donations ($70.00) to some timely work, the rewards keep coming. I trust in the spiritual Karma that is mine for living my life according to what the Karma god is asking of me.
