New story - he wanted money to get back to his village so he got into a building and found the door to an apartment open. His B&E (broke into building, but actually just entered the apartment) turned into robbery when the model came out into the room where he was stealing stuff, confronted him and then it went to assault with weapon while robbing which ended up turning into manslaughter.
