Yes, Canada has the Highest per capita net immigration and I believe Martain's Liberals increased immigration 5 X's the norm. Increased immigration was responsible for bringing up the price of real estate as there were few new developments so demand was great and supply limited. However there are many new developments and real estate prices are dropping. So this should make it easier for those looking to buy a home as there is more availability. I imagine prices will still come down some what. I also know Canada has made her promises to the world bank resulted in added immigration. We as a nation are supposed to have the cleanest air and an abundance of natural resources and are a fortunate people. We have few people on our lands and immigration is a natural process if it is done as not to impose hardships on those already living on her lands as many of our ancestors came from neighboring lands.
