Why do posts occasionally not show up just after hitting "submit" button?

Yes I have noticed that too - first thought I forgot to hit " add reply " , but that's not it.

They show up on the board as posted by the poster but in the thread they don't show up. Usually it happens for me when posting a pic or video.
I'm using the old DV and using Firefox. |
