There were posts about this earlier. Yes, she needs to be locked up permanently. Something is wrong with our justice system.

She was convicted of second degree murder with no eligiblity for parole for 7-years. Since she has been incarcerated while this fiasco has been allowed to occur, even if she was convicted in this fourth trial, wouldn't she get credit for 'time served'? |

I love that stock footage they show of her in the courthouse parkade with hooters swingin' hither and yawn.

She's been convicted twice, + one mistrial. I can't understand how she keeps getting appeals. First sentence was eligible for parole after 5 years too, what the hell is that. I took a crim class for years ago and was taught that it was minimum 1/3 for everything. When the hell did that change? |

her real crime is being white and killing a precious minority. this would be a non story if it was another case of ei killing a white person. sorry, but east indians behave in a certain way that attracts trouble. our kids should be allowed to defend themselves. i dont know the details of this story but i have seen enough ei activity to side with the white girl.

Kelly Ellard is a criminal loser. Who cares about her b00bs. She's a Murderer and there is nothing attractive about her. She ruined her life for the choice she made to stick the head of another girl under water and drown her to death while saying "dont look at me" "dont look at me"

I can imagine doin' her from behind and smackin' her on the ass then watching those luscious melons hanging down, swinging to and fro in a tantalizing fashion.

The moral of the story is punishment is about deterrence, something that doesn't exist in British Columbia anymore.

Blame Legal aid and the lawyers. When the lawyer is free, why not keep appealing and appealing?
If it was out of her own pocket, there would not be this nonsense going on. It is just more money for her lawyers. |
