Isn't it a coincidence that the ridings for Jack Layton (NDP) & Stephan Dion (Liberals) are in Ontario & Quebec?

Jack Layton (NDP) = Toronto-Danforth, Ontario

Stephane Dion (Liberals) = Saint-Laurent-Cartierville, Montreal, Quebec

That's good we know the new government will have representation from the two largest provinces that representing over 20 million Canadians!

Some other facts:

- Quebec wants to seperate from Canada [so let them]
[in fact, BC, AB & SK should seperate too]

- Quebec is the biggest welfare province taking almost half of the $20 billion in Equalization payments from the other Have Provinces

- Ontario is going through serious problems mostly due to their uncompetitive auto manufacturing sector
[while GM scrapped the EV1 electric car, the Japanese got scared & ran with it becoming much better than the US today]

- the CAW wants to keep their cushy jobs & union dues but can they really compete in the long-run against Toyota, Honda & Nissan (let alone Kia, Hyundai & Daewoo)

- Ontario is a Have Not Province now, receiving equalization payments

- of the $30 million paid to political parties, the Conservatives will lose the most but they get more funding through citizens, so they won't be as hurt...LOL [let the citizens donate more to politcal parties] -- yet the Coalition is risking spending more taxpayer money for another election -- WORSE, for new cabinets & inefficiency when we need efficient management NOW!!!

When there was a Dotcom crash, no one helped us out. When BC lost forestry jobs, no one helped us out.

It is obvious that the Liberals, NDP & Bloc are scared. They want to MAINTAIN THE STATUS QUO.

They do not want to freeze their cushy salaries, fly economy & take cuts from the government slush fund.

Why should they keep getting the same, when the rest of Canada will go into recession like the rest of the world?

If the coalition government takes place, what is our recourse as citizens?

Screw Ontario & Quebec. They can't compete anyway unless they re-tool & create new businesses (ie niche, manufacturing etc).

But of course, dumb asses don't want to go back to school.

And like I stated, no one helped the Dotcom & BC forestry jobs.

Bailout failing US companies? NOT!!!!!

I'm again bailouts too but what does have representation in Ontario & Quebec?

Also remember just a few short years ago BC was a have not province and got our share of equalization payments.

Simple...

MAINTAINING THE STATUS QUO

I am sure they don't want to see many people from Ontario & Quebec leaving for the west & east (greener pastures).

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

LOL, even Ujjal Dosanjh (Liberals) stated he won't fly economy, while most Canadians do. LOL

He definitely won't get a cushy position with the Conservatives.

With a Coalition, all we will see is more inefficiency & spending towards trying to keep failed businesses alive -- when they will simply lose in the long-run anyway.

Then they will blame it on the Conservatives & the masses of SHEEPLE will believe it. LOL

ALSO BC was a have not province because of the NDP. Federally or provincial the NDP is the same. Look at what they did to Ontario and now you think it is great that they will lead us along with a Seperatist party? WOW you know it all

Well, they managed to cause more fear on the TSX today.

All the shorters & people who sold out last week are smiling, while the masses with RRSPs are hurting yet again.

I wouldn't be suprised if good ol Jack took some short positions.

TSX
down 864.41
- 9.32%

Good job NDP, Liberals & Bloc.

Too stupid to see that coming.

LOL

Look at what Mike Harris did to the province of Ontario, then those same idiots became part of Stephen Harper's federal government! To make Flaherty finance minister after the mess he made in Ontario! Attention: REGISTER / LOGIN to view the image! Attention: REGISTER / LOGIN to view the image! Attention: REGISTER / LOGIN to view the image! And you can blame this mess on another Ontario conservative chief of staff Guy Giorno. Attention: REGISTER / LOGIN to view the image! Blame the mess in Ontario to:

- GM
- Ford
- Chrysler
- Unions

Simple.

Do you think government controls them? LOL

The ironic thing is that GM had the EV1, which was an excellent electric car in 1996.

Then after some back room deals, they scrapped it.

The Japanese were scared & started developing their hybrid technology more fiercely.

Now they rule and they will continue to in the future, until the US automakers change their ways quickly.

The Europeans are relatively safe because they cater to a niche market (ie Volvo, BMW, Audi, Mercedes).

Simple again. Survival of the fittest in this global economic playground.

If you act & manage like idiots, you will lose to your competitors.

Simple.

Doesn't Toyota, Honda & Nissan have plants in Ontario too?

I can tell you that they are doing much better than GM, Ford & Chrysler.

If Japanese, Korean or Chinese manufacturers were having problems, we wouldn't even care (double standards).

When the Dotcom bubble burst (many IT & companies losing jobs) & 35,000 BC Forestry jobs were lost, no one in Ontario cared.

What no mention of Toyota, Nissan or Honda? What? Just mostly about GM, Ford & CAW?
