Beginner bags can be purchased almost anywhere but are done when they loose their helium.

I have one of those big one which is hanged inside our garage! If you install it right it wouldn't make any noise when the metal hanger and hook rubs off together! Ask her if she allows you to hang it in the garage!

huuum!
If you wana install the hanging one you should hang it to a floor Joice which will leave a mark! But it wouldn't be hard to fix if you know how to drywall! I have also seen the type that comes with a stand in Sport Check! you might wana find one used if you have the time! one more thing, id ont know if you dont mind working out outside but you can always hang it to a tree or even use the tree as a punching bag! Just wrap a something around it and ... |

I use my little brother as a punching bag.
You could get one of those standing coat racks, put pillows around it, and wrap with cloth. Anchor the bottom to garden bricks so when you kick it it doesnt tip over. |

oh ya, and the little brother is more than happy to take it? lol... maybe I could advertise that on craigslist: "looking for human punching bag". Well, i might just go ahead and buy the ceiling mount one and to hell with it. Landlady doesn't seem to care about all the pot smoke so maybe she won't care about muffled shock waves under her bedroom.
