I'm very interested to know the shoot location for Smallville too. I'm coming out to Vancouver in July with my Mom and it's her FAVORITE show and I would love to surprise her with a tour. I checked out www.x-tours.com but they didn't seem to have this information. Maybe there is another Vancouver-Hollywood website that give tours/info. Brenda

Brenda, take the Trans-Canada Hwy. (Hwy #1) east out of Vancouver. Turn off the 176 St. exit (also called Hwy. 15) and travel south towards the US border. Keep driving on 176 St. for 4 miles until you get to a town called Cloverdale. After you cross over 60 Ave., Hwy. 15 bends to the right while 176 St. goes left. Stay left as this will take you through 'downtown' Cloverdale, aka Smallville. Hope this helps.

The Farm where Smallville is filmed is actuall near Langley / Aldergrove, if you travel east on zero avenue from the 176 US Border Crossing and travel to the first juction past 240 st, turn left (you cant turn right as this is the US Border), and the Farm is on your right opposite 8th Ave, there is a foot/bridal Path next to the farm that has the Gate entrance with 'Kent Farm' on it, hope this helps !

I lived in Cloverdale -- Smallville -- for many, many years. Great town. Now I live in Alberta. Stumbled on this thread while yacking about something else. Thanks for reminding me about Smallville, a.k.a. Cloverdale. Check it out, guys. Lots of great antique shops. Closest thing to an Alberta town as there is in the Fraser Valley. Horses and cows. The opposite of the hipster Starbucks scene in Vancouver. More boots and country. Hope you like it. Gotta go

Huh?

Anyway, yeah, now that the characters have all graduated from high school, I think they are filming at UBC. Last time I saw the crew there was in March. I saw a very brief glimpse of the girl who plays Lois Lane-- she's so tall!

I know the filming locations for the most part but desperatly need to know the months that Smallville is filming. I'm planning a trip mid Feb. 2006 and want to know if the cast is on set in Canada at that time. This will be my only time visting Canada and if I could see downtown Cloverdale and just catch a glimpse of Tom Welling I would be forever content!

Based on Robert's description, I believe I've found the Kent Farm on google maps:

http://maps.google.ca/maps?ll=49.016855,-122.538596&spn=0.004793,0.009479&t=k&hl=en

I checked it against the Smallville intro...looks like the one. :)

Oh if you want to see them too, take the skytrain between Edmonds and Royal Oak stations.  The studio is off to the left.  When they film, you can see all the trailers and stuff in the yard area in the back.
