| The whole controversy around C-51 is ridiculous. I suggest people try reading the bill. Natural health products are not its main focus - it deals equally with drugs, food and therapeutic products. Since the Food and Drugs Act has not been updated in over 50 years, I don't see what's so shocking about wanting to bring Canadian regulations up to par with international standards. Furthermore, I welcome a more efficient process for evaluating the safety and efficacy of natural health products. If you actually look at the natural health products you are using, most of them do not have an NPN (an 8-digit code signalling that the product has been evaluated and licensed by Health Canada). What this means is that this product HAS NEVER BEEN ASSESSED for consumer safety. Nobody is looking to see if all the ingredients are safe, if the recommended dosage is safe or if the product is being manufactured at a clean, licensed manufacturing site. Have you seen all the health warnings and public advisories about natural health products? Many of these products are not licensed and can't be until Health Canada works through its backlog of license applications. So let's speed up the process! Because that's really all Bill C-51 is going to do. If the product is not fit for sale in Canada, it will be rejected no matter what. Bill C-51 will only increase the speed of that process. If the product is fine, then there's no problem. WHICH MEANS, no products that have already been licensed by Health Canda will be affected by Bill C-51. So, yeah, I suggest all the people out there who are buying into the Truehope propaganda remember that Truehope is currenlty in court with Health Canada and has serious beef with the current natural health product regulations, which are really fairly minimal. SO DO SOME RESEARCH. It's not hard. |

Many well educated health care professionals are taking natural remedies, they just do not talk about it, until now. |

| I remember when I was a child I was taught that Democracy meant 'people rule'. But actually it really means 'people ruled'. A great scholar from the 1800's said that Democracy is worse then Fascism. The word Government literally means mind control. govern-mente. mente in latin means mind. The Governments are mainly top level personages that attend society gatherings(mainly in secret) to unravel these agendas. They treat the people like sheep in there ways of conduct. They think and act like its a game of chess. They move a piece on the board... waiting for response from the masses. If no move is made they'll just barge right in and steal our pieces. These people that make these decisions are indeed dark in there ways. Time to turn the light on and get these narcissistic people exposed. |
