I have been on Zantrex for about a month, and it's worked for me!  I defintely don't think you should take the pills and do nothing else and expect to lose a ton of weight, but it a great way to achieve a little extra energy in your workouts...there has been many of times that I have been able to do an extra 10 minutes of cardio or get in a extra set of reps because i feel like i've got the energy and the motivation to do it.  Zantrex will help you in that way, and I'm only taken half of the recommended dose!

Unfortunatly there is no more about relacor or any of these 'supposed' all natural combinations that can do anyone any good. If you have been sucked into the hype and the hoax I'm sorry for you. I will not sit here and tell you that many times through my life I fell for them too. I can't even tell you how much $$ I have wasted on products that were supposed to 'melt away the fat'.

They never do, and they never will. Keep your money, and as stated in many of the posts, a good diet and exersise is the only way to effectivly lose weight.

There is no 'magic pill'. I would even hesitate to ever recomend Lap Band or Gastric Bypass Surgeries to anyone. Very, very, risky, and no assurance or success. Good luck.

from what i heard relacor is a hoax, it does not work, its not even scientificy proven that stress is the cause of excessive weight gain, and if u go to there we site they don't even show there ingredients, which is a red flag...............  and if u look on line u can find indenpendent studies that show it does not work and all they do is make money off of your hopes

Most of these pills mess up your liver - be very careful! In fact dont't bother at all. If they were harmless and actually worked everyone would be taking them!! Think about it!!
There is no easy way to lose weight - Im sorry! I wish there was, but if you need to lose weight exercise and a healthy, balanced diet is in order! Everything in moderation.

Be careful using those products and check with your doctor. I have an underactive thyroid and high blood pressure, these could harm rather than help.
