| Well, look here: The same connections I have continually tied together on this forum, actually made elsewhere!!! and found in the link below. To win this thing you need to "connect the dots" and understand what is going on; the "big picture;" why you got scammed, and why our corrupted police, government, and worse, the second last line of defense, the Mainline National media CBC, CTV are deliberately feeding you lies with respect to pyramid/Ponzi schemes, along with City Tv & Global Tv suppressing the facts and who were actually, and may very well still be conducting two of these gambling frauds right on Tv and taking in money over the phone lines; gambling schemes governed under the same sections of law as Galbraith's Ponzi fraud: believe it or don't: We have the DVDs and phone records proving it. You know, I don't just sit here all day banging away at the keyboard insulting crooks and berating misguided do-gooders. That's merely to drive the "predators" into the open and to educate their "prey." Understand this system; an illegally developed "status quo," and you will begin to understand there is only one way you will possibly have even a chance to recover your money... and it is not the "soft soap" Sou's way, although her "warm and fuzzy" approach may sound more palatable. That route, is a one way street to final disaster. And that's the truth! Believe it or don't, notwithstanding some of the facts and links Sou is researching and posting are very useful, although some just duplicates. It is the way this information, much of it totally relevant to the real case is being misinterpreted and applied by corrupt authorities with the help of "duped" victims that will result in no justice and no compensation. Mark my words, having researched many of these collapsed schemes over years of extensive research. In the five years of doing not much than pursuing these frauds all over the world, and dealing with other government's agents, policing authorities, bankers etc., I have learned much, and gathered some very useful information and at a very high cost. Now, I have never stated nor implied that I'm trying to win some popularity contest, or a high school or college debate. This is a war on international, money laundering, racketeering, and in this country, actually involving police, politicians, and the media. That should be "coming through" by now if one is paying attention. And that fact significantly alters the tactics and course of action. This is war and you won't win it if your General is anonymous, has never fought one of these battles, and advises you and I quote "People are welcome to listen to me and to either follow some or all of my advice and to ignore that which is not useful to them, which may be all of it." I am afraid that route, and attempting to work through a corrupt system, treating this as a regular legal business, and trying to explore every twist and turn; the contracts; the perpetrators excuses etc., is how these cases are always lost. In order to win you must concentrate on the "criminal aspect" of this scam, and I urge everyone, once again to download the eighteen page decision of the Ontario Superior Court, found on our website HERE and read it carefully. Had I introduced all that detail; how the contract was written; contract clauses and who should be liable, and attempted to interpret all it was supposed to mean, it would have distracted the Court from the only relevant argument: That TTI & BIM are legal pyramid schemes. Galbraith's scheme is also a simple case of "follow the money," as was the TTI & BIM pyramid fraud schemes. Little else is relevant! I simply stated to the judge without going into any detail, because it was irrelevant to the case I was putting before the court, that "through a complicated contract the perpetrators received a percentage of the money and the way it was distributed caused it to be a criminal offense." That's it! .... ..... Simply because all these complicated clauses and obfuscating nonsense in the contracts I proved were irrelevant to the fact this was a pyramid fraud. The lawyer for the Plaintiffs was at a total loss, and consequently that is why the judge wrote at paragraph.... [35] "in the absence of evidence that even begins to rebut the assertions made by, Thornton, and faced with the prospect of the plaintiffs coming to court to request equitable relief when it seems that their own hands may well be far from clean, there's no doubt in my mind that the balance of convenience favours Thornton. You will find on the web site link below what I have been attempting to have you understand. But many only want to "focus" on PKI. Now sometimes I find "focus" to be synonymous with "tunnel vision," and both of these, because they exclude much else, synonymous with "narrow mindedness." The judgment against Treasure Traders International & Business In Motion did not come about by merely focusing on Treasure Traders International & Business In Motion. In fact most of what I presented was several similar stories and cases as I have presented on this form that I researched and brought into that case; precedents in other fraud cases to bolster my argument that a product does not make a pyramid scheme legal "network marketing" as was being ironically touted by both the criminals and again, what the nation was being "brainwashed" into believing, by either corrupt or totally incompetent lawyers in the attorneys general departments as is the similar nonsense now being "fed to victims" of Galbraith's Ponzi scheme." Galbraith's Ponzi scheme is not a legal enterprise, deserving of the same protection of that of a legitimate business which is the propaganda and lies the Waterloo Regional Fraud Squad, directed through the corruption within the prosecutor's office and disseminated by the media, they are trying to "brianwash" the public into believing. This is the "BIG LIE" Canadian authorities, and the Canadian media is attempting to "ram down the throats" of the victims of this classic and obvious Ponzi scheme in this country and now "down the throats" of U.S. victims of this openly perpetrated Canadian Fraud. "Swallow" that, and you will be written off as "investor's" in a "perfectly legal" Canadian business that simply went bust, as so many do, with precious little, or no assets. And that's the truth! Now, if you find these postings rather long and not capsulized in a couple of "bites," simply think of all the words and the pages of contracts, fine print etc, the scammers used to "fish you in." Something to think about as you read the following. And you might take note I haven't used a lot of unnecessary "feel good fluff & stuff" and unnecessary "honey coating."..... Just the facts ma'am; just the facts! 4. "High yield investment" programs - make money fast!! Pyramid schemes or Ponzi schemes are common in the real world, e.g. about 2 years ago there was "Women helping Women" run from the Isle of Wight in the UK. And about 10 years back most of the economy of Albania was involved in a Ponzi scheme, before it collapsed. These schemes work very well for the perpetrators. They offer to pay people a few percent on their investment - that's a few % per day - but of course they pay those who invested earlier from the money they get from those who join later. And they can do this over the internet. It seems everyone who takes part knows it's a Ponzi scheme but they're still getting their few per cent. a day and if it runs for another 50 days or so they'll make their money back - so in a sense you could say it's not really a Ponzi scheme, but gambling. Punters are gambling that the scheme will do well enough to get them their "investment" back and maybe more. Dr Clayton calls them "post-modern Ponzi schemes" because everyone who plays, at least earlier on, knows it's gambling! These schemes are very common, especially in Russia, as kits are readily available for about £50. A recent search on a particular phrase turned up 12,000 schemes. However in the UK it's illegal to run pyramid schemes. Those who set up these schemes will buy domain names and hosting at the start, run the scheme for 20 days or so before collecting the money then moving on to buy another domain name, etc. Some of them go as far as to buy https certificates for their website security! There are even reputation services which provide statistics (independent or depending on bribes from scheme owners!) on which schemes are paying out ad worth investing in. http://www.consumingexperience.com/2008/03...n-internet.html Now, what victims must understand, particularly in the U.S., the latest in the scam, and therefore the biggest losers, is that you are getting a Canadian "snow job" from the Canadian government, police authorities and backed up by the media as was the situation in the Country of Albania. The difference here is that in the country of Albania the frauds were contained mostly within the borders of Albania, whereas here in Canada, massive amounts of money in this Ponzi scheme has been shifted from the U.S. victims into Canada, and is actually rewarding the majority of farmers already paid out in Canada, and actually rewarding the government of Canada with the several taxes, including GST, municipal tax, the income tax of Galbraith and his horde of cohorts, and of course their personal purchases spread throughout the Canadian economy, the vast majority of that money at the expense of farm families and their surrounding communities in the U.S. Allow yourselves to be "corralled," maneuvered, and dictated to by the corrupt forces in this country and you will receive extremely little, and probably nothing for having been ripped off, in what in almost every country of the world, is considered an illegal Ponzi scheme. Arlan has succeeded in not only ripping apart peoples' finances, but their brains as well. He has pulled off the ultimate mindscrew. Some people actually still don't want to admit the Saviour has Judased them. Just as some people have accused CBN of ruining Arlan's image and business, Arlan and his minions have claimed the government and chicken marketing board of financing CBN and their "henchmen" in an all out smear campaign. So perhaps many people are guilty of fueling the bullshit machine with unfounded accusations. Everyone is probably partially right about something they have accused someone of. Except the undeniable fact that Arlan is soley to blame for the misery and family farm demise he has left in his wake. Especially wake up to the fact that this squab meat market never existed. If it had don't you think the corporate farmers that disguise themselves as family farmers would have been all over this years ago. Shit there would probably have been a quota system, and marketing board for them as well. The same bloody heiarchy that keeps the rich farmers richer, and the big holding owners bigger. If you skip over those lessons and don't pay attention to what I'm trying to explain to you you will go the same way as all the other victims of all the other frauds. You will not get anywhere. It was also opened to document the viciousness of participants in pyramid/Ponzi frauds and the psychology of disruptive trolls and what they are ultimately capable of. And that keeps up the controversy exposing just what is secretly going on in our society that the average Canadian has absolutely no idea of; that ordinary church going, and so called respected citizens of our community can turn into a vicious lynch mob to protect their systems of defrauding their own family members, friends and co-workers. If not for this board; try to explain the psychology of these vicious people; few would believe it. What you read here adds credibility and bolsters a mother's claim who tried to get her daughter and daughter's friend's money back and was arrested on false threatening charges. So was I, and numerous others. This thread clearly demonstrates the myriad lies these people are willing to tell to put innocent people in jail. It bolsters what the young paralegal who I helped shut down the Sum-It Club testified to a couple weeks ago in court, that she was called in the middle of the night by the lawyer telling her to "Watch who you're F&^*ing with." The writings on this thread makes those allegations more than plausible We have been able to flush the police out and get them on record supporting a Ponzi scheme. We have proved that the National Media, CBC & CTV are willing to lie and "brainwash" Canadian citizens into believing Ponzi schemes are legitimate business in this country. This was all done subtly and "under the table" for decades; now it's in the open. Because I opened the forum with the PKI fraud, those connected to PKI simply focused in assuming it was just for them. But as I say, I opened it for the purpose of exposing fraud, the people behind the fraud, the status quo and manipulating tactics of the police and government, that on one hand and explain to citizens how to recognize a pyramid/Ponzi scheme and then when we do, then try to ram down our throats how actually this is not one, and those laws they gave us don't apply.
