You have no idea what most Canadians believe, this is just your personal opinion. And your personal opinion is wrong:

Nobody can guarantee that Arar was tortured in Syria. Deep down in his heart, Arar knows the truth. Soon Omar Khadr and his lawyers will also seek to fleece the Canadian people.

You think that the RCMP Commissioner and a Justice are lying? Why would they do that? The torture was also known by the UN and Amnesty International. Let's just say that you're wrong, no matter how much you refuse to believe it.

Let's just say that there are very many Canadians like me who just do not believe that Arar was tortured.

No sure who exactly it was but didnt they lie about the YVR incident? He was some sort of RCMP commissioner or something

Despite the rulings in Canada, the United States has not exonerated Arar, and has publicly stated it believes he has links to terrorist organizations. Arar and his family remain on America's watch list. It appears that Arar cannot enter and is not welcome in the USA.

And in this case, the RCMP are in cahoots with the Federal Court of Canada, the UN, Amnesty International and the Red Cross. I don't think so.

The US has bungled a countless number of things in the war on terror. Hundreds of innocent people have been released from Gitmo alone. There are 400,000 names on the terror list, and 1,600 are added every day. You'll freak out with those numbers, while the rest of us will know that they're completely bogus.

None of this proves that Arar is telling the truth, and none of this changes anyone's adverse opinion of Arar.

Do you know Arar has never testified at any of the hearings.
Also he refused to be medically checked/tested for torture markings. Apprently medical tests can be carried out to determine the extent of any torture that may have taken place. Arar always claimed it would be too upsetting for him emotionally!!!!! I don't think he was very upset with the $ 10.5 M he got from Canadians...
