If English is your 1st language then the easiest languages for you to learn will be French and Spanish (and Italian too but the chances you're gonna use it are much smaller than in the case of the other two).

Malay/Indonesian (South-East Asia Aboriginals) language.
Its highly related to the English language since their colonists taught them written language. |

whichever language you choose (I've started Japanese and Dutch), make sure you use The Rosetta Stone CDROM program - it's AMAAAAZING. it's got everything you need to learn. kinda expensive but soooo worth it.
