I'm curious as to what types of threads would make you join in the conversation.

There are almost 800 of you on the board right now. You'd think the pace here would be faster with that many people online.

Can you add your 2 cents?

I would add there may be a lot of Asian curiosity reguarding the latest developements in Tibet. If that's the case they are unlikely to respond as they dont want to be identified. They may also be subversives too. Malcontents. Dis-info,troublmakers. They are out there.

Well, at least he's posting (though I'm sorry he's harassing).

It's the other 800+ Guests who aren't posting I'm interested in. Do you have any thoughts on them...? I'm really interested. This forum should be flying with that many people on it.

Think of a room with 800 people in it. And then think of the sound of crickets. You'd want to know why no one was talking (except a few registered folks...and the odd Guest of course!)

Good point.

A simple hello would be sufficient, though. You'll find most of us are more than willing to welcome you into the conversation.

It's really too bad this whole "us vs. them" mentality has grown on the board, but I guess that was to be expected when registration was brought in.
