I have the problem that I ejaculate prematurely...it's causing stress in my marriage...How does one (exercises etc) learn to last longer? Can you train your penis to do this??

Huh...ejaculating hasn't helped me then...it seems to have made it worse?? It's just that when I'm pounding my hot, curvaceous wife I just can't control myself and ejaculate way too quick!
