 Problem with Norstar phone, calling a not in service line in office

Anyone out there know how to stop an intercom call on the norstar telephone system when the internal call is a number that is not in service? I am ready to smash this phone! Attention: REGISTER / LOGIN to view the image!

Best to just smash the phone, if it is really getting to you, you'll feel so much better, when you see the destruction
