Shaw Has Become a Piece of Crap?

So.... I just bought this crazy ass laptop with ridiculous features such as 4GB RAM and 320 GB memory. I go use it and it's FAST.

However..... I go into the internet and it's so slow it puts me to sleep. It took me 15 minutes just to get here! Obviously the problem is not my computer. It's kinda sad because Shaw used to be good.... but now it seems to be total useless crap!!!


So... what other service provider can I possibly find in this city that gives decent services for a decent price!?!?!?!?!?! Attention: REGISTER / LOGIN to view the image!

Are you sure it isn't DV? There are times when it slows right down, and times when it becomes unavailable. I have nothing but good things to say about shaw, right down to customer service.
Are you using wireless or wired? On board connection, or add on device? These things are also a major factor.

Telus can be a little bit faster, depending on time of day and how many are using, but dealing with their billing, contracts & customer UnService makes the experience entirely not worthwhile.

It's wired internet and my modem is right next to my laptop. I call them and they said there's a problem with the network on my neighbourhood. Damn!


Telus!? YUCK!!!! I stay away from it like the plague!
