If you want to gain you need to find out how much your body burns on an average day and add more to it.
The key is to stay healthy doing it.

I can't really eat too much cheese it's really bad for my skin. I can't eat french fries or fried chicken. I try to put peanut butter on whole grain bread. Spaggehti make my skin bad too.

Well you always have butter beans lol that must suck with the cheese and pasta.
My nephew takes protein powder and adds oatmeal and bananas, I think he has gained about 20 pounds over the last year or so.
He also drinks a lot of milk though.

I didnt mean it that way! Normal youtube videos dont get this many views in such a short time! Almost 200,000 views in 6 days!

Had this been some dude it wouldnt have gotten this many views!



Usually breaking news and comedians get this many views in such a short time!

Maybe you can eat more fatty fish, I think a lot of rice might do also, my doctor had to quit eating it because he got fat and he lost a lot after.

She wouldn't be so cut after cooling down a day or so, I used to do a lot of push ups and my arms got huge looking but a day later they would look normal.
I like girls a little more feminine also but fit is nice.

Blue Frost is right, she only looks that ripped because she's working out... and I'm betting she did a short workout off camera before she started filming. My arms look more ripped than that when I'm working out, but when people see me in the office the next morning they don't even see me as being muscular at all. It's wierd...

If you have lower than normal body fat% you always look ripped! (Have a couple of buddies who are like that)

As a guy I would get sad when I softened back up :laugh: I liked being ripped.
Then came the days when I over did it and the swelling would make me look huge but it hurt so bad.
My workout was all push-ups and leg presses.

i was gettign pretty fit this summer. i put on soem muscle but then i was like you know i really dont have time to be goign to the gym 5 days a week. adn soem of the guys at that gym were there like every single day. like thats all they do. i think they are a bit obsessed with it lol. like i mean if yoru whole life revolves aroudn somehting it doesnt seem healty to me..

I couldn't go to the gym to much, I was working a lot and didn't have the time but I took time each night to do 500 push-ups.
I think I was looking pretty good I think before I got hurt I was doing the 500 and doing 20 hand stand push-ups.

You can always take a little time, most gyms are dirty places anyway.

being at the gym every day is not obsessive... the bare minimum of hard exercise you should get is an hour a day. and if you won't make time for that, you will pay for it later.

I did have one saved with a guy and he was really good at teaching technique, he had almost the same views and subs, I lost it last year though.
Shes worth following for more than her looks, if your into fitness.. :wink:
