I own a full scale coffee roastery in Chilliwack. We import beans from around the world and roast them in our roastery in Chilliwack. My experience has been that you will have people who know what good coffee is and seek it out, how can you resist fresh coffee from a roastery, it's like getting fresh bread from a bakery. Many people have told us they love our quality and taste and that they have not tasted coffee like this in a long time. People get so used to the everyday, Tim Hortons or Starbucks and feel perhaps pressured psychologically to go to the mainstream coffee shops eventhough there are better roasteries out there who just don't have the millions of dollars it takes to advertise and reach the masses. hi good luck in your business. If your coffee shop is near where I live then I'll check it out, but I'm in Vancouver.

Have a successful business has little to do with having the best product and lots to do with having good marketing. The local coffee shop in the city it live is very good at getting giving back to the community so has a very loyal following.
