Feminine wash with a little fragrance is good but not for those who may be allergic to the fragrance. She should use tampons instead of pads to plug the menstruation so that it does not ooze out. It will leave an unpleasant odor otherwise. If she's clean, washed, and the menstruation is plugged with a tampon, sky's the limit!
