some guy saying that for flu vaccines in general, best case results: 1 in 100 flu vaccinations in healthy adults may reduce symptoms.

i get my meat from a place that sells only non-medicated, grass-fed beef and other 'organic' meats. not long ago i did a side-by-side comparison of their ribeye with an industrial-farm one.
my god the difference is amazing. i don't even care that i pay twice as much.
