    yes particularlly if the woman is very fat

    but AGAIN that is the cardio and diet accompishing this not the weights

    and this is what many people fail to realize that is why you see plenty of people who lift weights regularly but are still fat

    yes but we are talking about body builders they have to follow a strict diet if they wish to have success in their careers

    no thats not what i am saying at all

    im saying you can lift as heavy as you want it wont alter you breast size dramatically whether you want to make them bigger or shrink them


    "If you're loosing weight over all you're going to lose some breasts along with it"

    you need to follow a strict diet combined with extensive cardio to shed fat

    weights wont do that no matter how hard you hit them you ll just end up having muscles buried beneath layers of fat

    and the key word is "SOME" the only time there will be an exception is if a woman is morbildy obese and has giant fat filled udders
