PS mexico has a higher marginal rate then Norway. You are using the 1979 numbers to quote 75% -

Drives are the issue for anything beyond the moon. Plasma drives which are presently the fastest only do 150 000kmph so even Mars becomes a long hard trip.
Pity the orion project was cancelled. Nuclear drives will be the answer but the ships required are massive mostly due to the blast plate
