The picture was probably taken with a super telephoto lens by some scumbag who was trying to make big bucks off the misfortunes of a celebrity.

She was not photographed doing anything wrong as they are apparently engaged, but what needs to be questioned is her common sense, since photographers are always out in full force. Celebrities are in the public eye, and doing anything "private" in front of an open window is simply calling for trouble. The average person does not even have to consider this because no one cares. However, a famous person should know better as the invasive behaviour of the media that feeds the appetite of a curious public is unfortunately a fact of life.
