Software problem blocks Insider Club entry

We are experiencing difficulties with the News1130 Insider Club, the Jackaholics Club and the Clear Rewards program, due to a major software issue.
Work is being done by Rogers Broadcasting to rectify the problem.
For those of you who have joined the News1130 Insider club, we will announce a day next week with extra credits for members who have been inconvenienced by this outage.

This past weekend we had our first major crash with the News1130Insider Club. Our partners who supply the program installed some newsoftware, which crashed the system. They responded immediately to thisproblem and worked for most of the weekend to fix it.
