Ofcourse they have to sell Primerica. Any insurance company who sells only Term insurance is bound to go bankcrupt! When insurance was invented they started selling Term like the one Primerica sells today. After 180 years the industry went bankcrupt and that is why whole life insurance was developed.

Only 2% of term insurance pays out death benefits - it is very profitable for most insurance companies. There are other reasons for why Primerica is up for sale.

Hi, just wondering if you have your old LLQP manual, I passed the test 2 years ago but didn't practice, now I have to rewrite the test but I don't have my old manual, thanks, Todd (bigwater78@hotmail.com)

What was the cash value your cousin would've received (thus been able to invest) by cashing in all those permanent policies? Would that cash value, invested in a MF earning 8-10%, have been earning more for your cousin than the payments for similar coverage with term insurance would've been? Something to think about.

The interest rates baffled me, too. Sometimes I disagree with what the company does with SMART loans, other times the increased application of payment to principal rather than to interest does make the EFFECTIVE rate end up being lower than the bank/LOC's ... no matter what the nominal rate would suggest.

People getting in and not getting licensed is on them. They're told about the licensing process before they sign an IBA ... I worry about that with anybody I speak to about the business. It's tough. for some, and that's a shame ... most that join and don't get licensed are just lazy quitters, though.

...hi Todd

Get the new updated LLQP manual, or just go to the POL web. It is $15.99 - A9100.

Joe, are you paid by Manulife, or the Royal Bank, or an Education Plan company, USC, CST?

A bogus company? : www.citigroup.com (C:NYSE), www.generationprimerica.com

... are you saying that all money you had was $99 for the license that PFS is paying $150 plus about $1,400 for the licensing class required by the Insurance Council? .... Joeeeeeeeeeeee wake up! Your monthly transfer from Translink costs you more. Please ask you boss and your parents why the 2 zone FareCard is the same $99, please?

... butt thank you for your interest,

:zorro:

I had the same problem. I posted my resume online and was called in for an interview. I was under the impression that i was going in for an admin postion, but no, i was sat down and this wonderfull picture of Primerica was painted. But i was not told up front what it was about. They take anyone to sell there product, they try to force you into jioning them with out giving you time to think I through. Guys you need to watch out what you do

Primerica is a pyramid scheme which pays the selling agent dick because most of the commission has to go up the pyramid or the pyramid fails. The customer gets ripped off because like all MLMs the core product (life insurance) is way overpriced; the selling agent gets ripped off. Only the fat cats at the mid to top of the pyramid roll in dough.

There are enough points in this thread to prove it is a scam to the agents and the clients. When will MLMs all be deemed illegal?
