I think I just diagnosed myself with narcissistic personality disorder based on the definition. Anyone know where I can go for help now?

Dominant people won't be denied. Even when their communication skills have withered away, these dominant types, if of sadistic temperament, that's where you will find your average serial killer. In other words, there are certain characteristics and traits you can spot, or profile, if you will.
In a sense, society should stay out of the way, and leave these dominants alone. In most cases it's best not to antagonize dominant types. In fact, any normal citizen caught antagonizing dominant types, should be the only victims, of the psychopaths and serial killers they create.

I AM AN ANGRY SHORT TEMPERED PERSON THESE DAYS, REASON BEING THAT I HAVE LOST SOMEONE TO MURDER FAIRLY RECNTLY.. WHEN I SEE OTHERS ON HERE WHO ARE DOING THINGS LIKE CHEATING ON THEIR SPOUSES/LOVES, DRUNK DRIVING, AND APPEAR NOT TO REALLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT REALLIFE IT BOTHERS ME QUITE FRANKLY
AND I REACT ANGRILY...I HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO LASH OUT WHEN I SEE OTHERS SCREWING UP IN WAYS THAT I HAVE LEARNED CAUSE LOTS OF PROBLEMS THATS WHAT MY "ATTITUDE" IS ATTRIBUTED TO: FRUSTRATON, AND ANGER AT THE FACTTHAT NO ONE SEEMS TO LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES ( OR THE MISTAKES OF OTHERS) UNTILL IT IS TOO LATE..NOT A PERVASIVE LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND A FEELING OF RESPECT FOR NO ONE BUT MYSELF AS THE DISORDER DENNOTES
YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO JUDGE AND MEDICALLY DIAGNOSE A PERSON YOU HAVE NEVER MET ONLINE ON THE BASIS OF A FEW COMMENTS THAT YOU DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE REASON i MADE THEM
BTW AS I SAID A SOCIOPATH AND SOMEONE SUFERING FROM NARCISSITIC PERONALITY DISORDER ARE 2 DIFFERENT THINGS
