there is a lot more to it than what is being said
it's a medical disorder. only a medical doctor can tell a person if htey have it or not. it's treatable too

1 out of 50 men are not psychopaths. Psychopaths make 0,5 - 1 % of the total population. It's the same rate all over the world. And it's not a matter of having indifferent parents as someone wrote. All people have psychopathic traits. That doesn't make you a psychopath. You need to get at least 18 on a PCL-test to be defined a psychopath. A normal person usually gets 4-5.
And psychopathy is not the same thing as antisocial personality disorder.

Did you know that 1 out of 50 men is a psychopathThey usually have something called Narcissistic Personality Disorder which means they have fallen in love (not with themselves) but an image of themselves. They also don't recognize others as persons. Basically a part of their personality is stuck in the terrible two's and they never reach the age of reason.For 1% of the population they do most of the damage? Consider that Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Pol Pot, Jimmy Swaggart, serial killers, schoolyard bullies, Enron embezzlers, etc. are all psychopaths and probably killed 100 million last century.What is society appropriate solution to this?

Yes, educate yourselves about this type of person. As someone who has had 'experiences' with this type of person, learn the signs, and run, don't walk away from them.
