Guess she's delusional enough to think she'll run for the presidency in 2012.

She's resigning as Governor. Why? This couldn't help any future/presidential aspirations.

I think it means she's going to spending all her time raising money for the 2012 campaign. John McCain's gift to democracy! Obama must be laffing his (gorgeous) butt off.

She is not suitable for governer, vice-prez, or any political office. She constantly complains how hard eveything is & demands everyone make everything easy for her. For a rough, tough frontierswoman, she sure has an aversion to hard work. She'll never make it to the next prez nomination. She's just looking for a job where she can just kick back, do nothing, & just tell everyone else what to do. She doesn't want to be president; she wants to be queen.

Sarah Palin is a pretty woman and she is intelligent she ran the state of Alaska for goodness sake. The lady may just want to be a stay home mom and grandmother. I wish her the best, and maybe Obama will do the same in 2012!

I am 100% certain that it's got nothing to do with being pushed out of power because of some up and coming scandal.. such as this one:

Daily Kos: Brad Blog: Federal Indictments for Palin in Embezzlement Scandal May Be on the Way

Which almost definately is nothing to do with it at all

Posted Image Dagon, you are so right, I shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, covers always look so pretty!
I should learn to read the other half of those books as well!

Remember the massive, and horribly overpriced sports complex that Sarah Palin pushed through in Wasilla? Well, it seems that the sports complex contractors and architect have strong links and ties to Palin. Spenard Building Supplies was one, and wouldn’t you know, they also supplied the materials for the Palin’s home. Sure, a small connection, but get this–Spenard also was the supplier for Ted Stevens cabin. This one building supply company is involved with Palin, Stevens, the Wasilla sports complex, and is a financial contributor to Palin. Keep in mind that the sports complex was being constructed at the very same time as the Palin’s home.Posted Image

Todd Palin told Fox News that he built the two-story, 3,450-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath, wood house himself, with the help of contractors he described as "buddies." As mayor, Sarah Palin blocked an effort to require the filing of building permits in the wide-open city, and there is no public record of who the "buddies" were. The house was built very near the complex, on a site whose city purchase led to years of unsuccessful litigation and, now, $1.3 million in additional costs, with a law firm that's also donated to Palin collecting costly fees from the city.Posted Image

So! Some where out of the Wasilla Sports Complex building, Sarah Palin got a new house eh!
If this is true than that would be right out stealing, Sarah Palin would be a theft! Posted Image

I get such a kick out of you ignorant fools. You know absolutely nothing about her, or US politics, but you chime in as if you were all knowledgeable.

Did it eve occur to any of you "big brains" that maybe she quit for the exact reason she said she was leaving? Of course not, in your minds, no politician EVER tells the truth.

If she chooses to run for the Presidency, she will likely do well. But, she would have to have some experience in the "Lower 48", for that to happen. I doubt if we have heard the last of Sarah Palin. She will hold office again.

Shinta, are you a conspiracy theorist? Do you make this stuff up all by yourself, or are you depending on some other nutcase to get your crap?

Please notice that she has not been accused of any such behavior by anyone in Alaska. There is no investigation of her finances, no corruption probe, nothing at all. This is all crap made up by Shinta, trying to pull something out of nothing.

And I would remind you that the case against Ted Stevens was totally and completely thrown out, because the prosecutor had solid evidence that he did nothing wrong and hid that evidence. Why didn't you mention THAT, Shinta?

The prosecutor got what he wanted. He screwed over Ted Stevens and got HIS candidate elected to office. So what if he smeared an innocent man in the process? Is that the kind of politics that you support Shinta?

I've heard a lot of Democrats didn't even want to go after Ted Stevens.

He was somewhat of a star in his day.

Ivy League grad, war hero....may have had something to do with it.

Old medic why are you beating me up, Posted Image I read this from Smelly post and I just took some very important point from that article and posted them and said “if this is true!” Remember I said “if this is ture” meaning that I have some doutb that the article was true. I never said it was true, I mention things from the article I did not add anything of my own to this article. I am not trying to smear Sarah Palin! Posted Image

LOL at Old Medic....

This is just the outline made by someone who cared enough to follow her carrier:
Sarah Palin -Investigated for Abuse of Power
I remember seeing some of these (or similar) headlines on BBC
(yeah, yeah - that liberal joke for the news overrun by commies - blah, blah, blah...)

I guess in my eyes, she is a Paris Hilton of politics...

According to her (terrible) speach she was leaving because she was spending too much money on projects and not getting enough done.

i.e. she was leaving as she thought she was sht.

But then i can understand how you didnt grasp that from it, as i've heard 3rd graders give better speaches.
