To cool person: LOSE fat in your head by learning english. Not loose, unless you want your fat to be loose!

Oh, my god! Your English is so good. Where are you from? Did your grandparents escape from the English prison or were they simply too idiot to to make a living in the UK? Otherwise, how come you are in Canada now with the English, the only language you can speak?

That Belt is all a gimmick, to get your money, I brought it and the first time I tried  it did not work. I didn't even sweat at all. It good if you have back pain  because it works like a heating pad for aches and pain. Send it back to get your money refunded.

Just continue exercising and watch what you eat, everything in moderation. The killer for the stomach area is too much sweets. There is no easy fix, unless you want to spend like 5G's on a tummy tuck. It's tough but GOOD LUCK :)

Do situps and get a girdle.

Jogging is one of the best ways to lose weight.
It burns calories.

If you see all the runners, they look 10 years younger.

The only way you'll lose pounds with this product is if you are paying in UK currency.  Generally if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

HELLO, I NEVER GO INTO THESE CHATS, BUT COULDNT RESIST THIS ONE. (SIMPLY BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WANTED TO KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ITEM. I HAVE BEEN GOING BY A DIABETIC CHART CALLED "MY FOOD PLAN". IT IS NOT A DIET!!-- IT IS A FOOD PLAN FOR DIABETICS. THE SIMPLE TRUTH IS YOU SHOULD NOT BE DIETING. DIETS DONT WORK. YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS.THATS WHAT THIS PLAN DOES. PEOPLE THINK "I WONT GET TO EAT ANYTHING" THEY ARE WRONG. I CAN EAT ANYTHING. WE JUST NEED TO DO IT IN MODERATION. I HAVE BEEN ON THIS FOR 2 WEEKS AND HAVE ALREADY LOST 10 LBS! YOU CAN GET THIS ONLINE IF YOU LOOK FOR IT. TRY IT. ITS NOT HARD. YOU GET MORE THAN YOU THINK!--AND I FEEL GOOD!!

i just bought the belt 3 hours ago before i found and read this forum.

my body is very weird. arms and legs are toned because i exercise a lot.  but no matter what do to my abs (crunches, situps, rowing, jogging), i just can't slim down my waist.  it's so fat and always sticks out like a loaf of bread when i sit down.

i guess i will try the sauna belt a few times at home while doing some cardio exercise like steps or something since it's plugged into the wall (don't like that at all cuz i can't go too far) but i'll see what i can do to work on my cardio while having my mid section heated.

to those of you that are still wondering if it actually works or not, i'll keep you guys updated with my results.  it's not fair to comment whether it works or not if you haven't tried it yourself before. so i have no opinion yet.  we'll see if i could get rid of that water weight around waist.

k...the sauna belt i dont think actually makes you lose weight/fat but its a last minute touch upper...you use it before you go to the beach or whatever to slim down those problem areas but its not long term

It doesn't work because some people in this thread are complete assholes. If they were civil and cease attacking arbitrarily to improve their self image then the blasted thing would work.

Someone was asking you a question and you decided to focus on the fact that they may be having a language barrier. It is funny how you are probably some lonely English major that has nothing better to do. Forums are for help and advice. If you are going to be so mean, don't respond!

i tried it also , i lost 2stone in a month, i guess it worked for me, but i didnt do the full 45 mins because it was too much, i did 20 a day

only problem with it is you need some clothes under it....you can get blisters from it and rashes if it's directly to the skin

it won't work for some people obviously, so if it doesn't work for you...find something else! but its not a bad product , and if you get it cheap....wheres the harm if it doesnt work?

Sauna belts are so great. I bought one from zellers 3 months ago and have been wearing it religiously while exercising. And i sweat so much because of the belt. I have lost 2 dress sizes as well. I would recommend everyone to have a sauna belt. It does work extremely well. One that i bought from zellers is the Bali fitness one. I like it so much because it also has zippers and it fits all sizes. Very snug.

Ive had the sauna wrap for a while, and I think the reason that people are giving it bad reveiws is that they dont know how to use it right. Personally, I dont think it will work if your just sitting around..

Things to make it work:

1) try going on a tredmill with it
2) drink hot water before and while wearing it
3) make sure the room temperature your in is warm or hot, not cold

And of course nothing comes easy, so do ab workouts a little at night and in the morning and you should be good!

Everyone is always saying "Eat healthy" to get a good body, which is true to a certain degree. You dont have to cut all "junk" from your diet, just watch HOW MUCH you eat.

Anyways, good luck! ^_^
