good luck..
its not really gonna do anything unless you work out and reduce your calorie intake.. you can use it as "support therapy"..they're mostly just loaded with caffeine and stuff like that to give you a boost to work out..especially zantrex..

Those who have had the greatest success, and perhaps create the majority of the users of Zantrex, are those with eating disorders. Zantrex alone does not help one lose weight, but merely gives the body enough energy to not eat. However, when any diet pill is coupled with little to no food, any side effects are intensified. Some report using Zantrex in conjunction with excessive alcohol consumption to curb some downsides of drinking such as slurred speech and impaired motor skills.
